The Head of Paid Service to seek nominations for election of Chairman for the municipal year.  On election, Chairman of Committee to take the Chair.

RESOLVED: That Councillor J. Vine-Hall be elected Chairman of the Committee for the ensuing municipal year.

To elect a Vice-Chairman of the Committee for the municipal year.

RESOLVED: That Councillor S.M. Prochak be elected Vice-Chairman of the Committee for the ensuing municipal year.

To appoint Members to the Planning Urgency Sub-Committee in accordance with political balance requirements.  The Sub-Committee of three Members must comprise one Member each from the Conservative, Association of Independents and Liberal Democrat and Green Groups, unless determined otherwise.

RESOLVED: That Councillors Mrs M.L. Barnes, S.M. Prochak and J. Vine-Hall be appointed to the Planning Urgency Sub-Committee for the ensuing municipal year.
